Shipping Policy

It is our goal to ship your product within the time frames noted at the time of order. Please understand that the order processing times, and shipping time frames noted may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to communicate any delays or changes via email provided in your order confirmation.

 

Shipment Processing Time

We endeavor to process all orders in 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All costs are subject to change without notice.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Liquid Systems will send a confirmation with tracking information once the product has been shipped.

Additional Notes

  • Due to the high value of the goods, at our discretion we will use ‘signature required’ for delivery.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
  • If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to make further delivery attempt(s), a card may be left with instructions on each occasion however it is your responsibility to follow the tracking of the shipment and make arrangements to accept delivery.
  • Any errors/omissions in the delivery address as noted on the original order invoice will be your sole responsibility. Additional costs will be borne by you.
  • Additional information may be requested for customs clearance purposes as required, such as Tax ID or SIN (Social Insurance Number)
  • In the event of the return of products to Liquid Systems as a result of failure to accommodate/accept the delivery, any and all resulting costs incurred by Liquid Systems to return/recover the products and to re-ship the products will be passed on to you, and due in advance. In the case where goods are not recovered, Liquid Systems will not accept any liability.
