Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Liquid Systems Online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days after you receive the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unopened and in original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.

We charge a $10 restocking fee for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

A credit, less a $10 restocking fee, will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you change your mind and would like to exchange the item, we accept exchanges up to 30 calendar days after you receive the product.

We charge a $10 restocking fee for all exchanges.

If there is any difference in price, the cost will need to be paid for prior to shipping exchanged product. Any credits, less the $10 restocking fee, will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs (and duty/ tax if applicable) to return or exchange the item. These costs are non-refundable.

NOTE: We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Liquid Systems or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) ensure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Damaged or Defective items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Please keep and take photos/ videos showing the nature of the damage. This will be required to process a claim.

If your claim is approved, Liquid Systems will replace the item and cover shipping costs for the return of the damaged item.
